How to pay for the order?
After the order, you will receive e-mail with an invoice, which is required to pay within 2 business days. Invoice shall be paid through the electronic payment, with bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard payment card or PayPal system
How is defined the price of an order?
In orders which are within Latvian territory and within the territory of European Union countries, the prices of goods are shown with value added tax (VAT) and the final payment of VAT of 21% is charged along with the price of a good. In orders to countries outside the European Union, in shopping basket items are initially presented with the value added tax (VAT) of 21% , but by the selection of recipient’s country, the final bill will decrease on the amount of value added tax ( VAT) and this amount will not be charged.
When the order will be sent?
Your order will be sent in the 2 business days after the payment of sent invoice and receipt of the purchase price on our current account.
How long it does take to deliver the orders?
Within Latvian territory the order will be shipped within 2-4 business days . To European Union countries within it will take 4-7 business days. Outside the European Union it will take 2-4 weeks.
What is the price of delivery?
Delivery charges are calculated according to order delivery pricing, this amount will be included in your bill. Delivery by ExpressPasts courier within territory of Latvia costs 6.99 EUR, by Omniva 3.50 EUR, by Latvijas Pasts parcel machine 3.50 EUR. For the purchases over 80 EUR the delivery throughout the Latvian territory is free of charge. It is possible to receive order at RIIJA shop (Riga, Tērbatas Street 6/8) free of charge. Delivery charges outside the Latvian territory are calculated according to courier service provider’s pricelist.
How to return or exchange a purchase?
If the good has not been used, it has been damaged before or does not conform with your order, it is possible to return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the good, in accordance with the legislation procedure.
