BIRCH SAP SYRUP
“Late March to early April birch sap flows from roots to buds inside a birch tree to gain strength for upcoming summer and growth of leaves. We gather a part of this sap and make birch sap syrup. To get this bottle of birch syrup we evaporate 10 liters of birch sap. As a result we get delicious additive to salads, desserts and main courses.”
