In cooperation with Laima Jurča and “One Wolf”, organization Ogle has created a special limited-edition shirt – a symbol of the “Ogle” movement, to start a conversation and reduce the stigma about mental health. Each design is dedicated to a topic related to mental health. Each shirt has a QR code on the back that leads to a page where you can easily find the necessary contacts to help yourself or someone close to you. Talking about mental health problems does not increase the risk of experiencing them, but not talking does. Join the movement and reduce the stigma!
Ogle is a mental health support association whose goal is to reduce the prevalence of suicide risk among the Latvian population by 25% by 2030 and to improve the field of mental health by educating the public about its great importance. In cooperation with mental health support organizations and experts in the field, Ogle organizes events where music, lectures and discussions about mental health in Latvia meet. All profits from the shirts go towards the organization’s work and raising public awareness of suicide and mental health issues.
