Directions for Use

In the Bath

Place the herbal sachet in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and allow it to steep for 15–20 minutes. Add the infusion together with the sachet to your bathwater. As you soak, the herbal aroma helps you unwind, while the linen fabric gently massages the skin.

In the Sauna

Use for herbal massage and gentle exfoliation. To fill the sauna with the scent of a summer meadow, moisten the sachet with a small amount of water and place it in a metal container on the sauna stones. The warm herbal fragrance creates a deeply relaxing atmosphere.

For Massage

Place the sachet in a metal container and add approximately 200 ml of plant-based oil (almond, olive, grape seed, or another preferred oil). Warm gently over low heat for 20–30 minutes. Use the infused oil for massage and the sachet itself for gentle body rubbing to stimulate circulation and exfoliate the skin.
